The Yard

The yard was built like a fortress and is surrounded by tiled roofs, which is typical for Saxon farmsteads in Transylvania.

The old pylons and beams are a hundred years old and a magnificent carpentry work.

We have brought to light the original paving of the yard (“floaster”) made of river rock flattened on the sides. Everything can be admired from the two quiet balconies.

Even during the summer time the evenings and mornings can be quite cool, so we suggest you bring appropriate clothing.
